Copper Nickel ERW Pipes consist of 90% copper and 10% nickel, along with minute amounts of iron and manganese for added strength and corrosion resistance. They have excellent mechanical properties, including tensile strength of 240–400 MPa, yield strength of 180–275 MPa, and excellent flexibility. The pipes have excellent seawater corrosion, pitting, crevice attack, and biofouling resistance, providing long service life. They also possess high thermal conductivity and can easily be fabricated. With excellent endurance, reliability, and resistance to harsh conditions, they are best suited for essential industrial and marine applications.
