Copper Nickel Seamless Tubes are generally manufactured in a 90/10 form (90% copper and 10% nickel) with slight additions of iron and manganese to improve strength and corrosion resistance. The main features are a tensile strength of about 310 MPa, good elongation, satisfactory ductility, and good thermal conductivity for effective heat transfer. The tubes are resistant to seawater corrosion, stress, and biofouling, making them perfectly suited for long-term marine operation.
