The Incoloy 800 series tubing consists of nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron (at least 39.5%), with the 800H and 800HT grades featuring higher carbon and aluminum/titanium content for enhanced strength at elevated temperatures. These tubes boast tensile strengths between 450 and 600 MPa and exhibit excellent creep resistance, maintaining their structural integrity even at temperatures soaring up to 1100°C.
