Stainless Steel 316H Welded Tubing has 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum content with increased carbon (0.04–0.10%) content for increased strength at elevated temperatures. It gives tensile strength of 515 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa with the advantage of being durable when stressed. The tubing boasts of excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride-containing media, and improved oxidation resistance.
