Stainless Steel 316Ti Welded Tubing contains 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and 0.5–1.0% titanium, which increases stability against sensitization as well as high-temperature scaling. It possesses superior mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of 515 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa, which ensures consistency under stress. The tubing shows superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced damage.
